We are currently authorized applicators of, but not limited to, Carlisle, Firestone, Genflex, Fibertite and Garland for systems that include EPDM, TPO, PVC, Kee, torch down and hot applied asphalt.

Steep-Slope Systems
We are authorized applicators of standing seam metal roof systems with DMI, McElroy, MBCI, Firestone- Una-Clad and Pac-Clad.

Single Ply
A single ply roof system is a single sheet or membrane generally made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC), thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) or ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM). Depending on the type of system the sheets are either welded together using hot air or bonded using a series of roof tapes and adhesives. A single ply can be installed to the insulation and decking by either mechanically attaching with screws or fully adhering the membrane to the insulation.

Built-Up (BUR)
Built-up systems are multiple layers of felt paper and asphalt to give strength and durability to your roof. A cap sheet can then be adhered to the system with more hot tar or by simply melting the back of the sheet using a torch.

Metal
A standing seam metal panel system is typically installed on sloped roofs. The panels come in an array of colors or a color can be specially made to meet your needs. Not only are the panels aesthetically pleasing, but the panels are interlocked and mechanically fastened at each joint, resulting in completely covered fasteners.
